8-Minute Dating...
Get to know someone in 8 minutes...and pick "pass" or "keep." Eight Minutes? Wow is that what our lives have come to? Are we really that busy with work, errands, homework, grocery shopping, bill paying, feeding the dog, the cat and the bird to limit ourselves to a night where you get to know someone in 8 minutes and you and they decide if you are a match?
I don't know about anyone else, but it takes me awhile before I would/could decide if I wanted to go out with someone.
I have several attractive girlfriends who have tried this and they didn't get a single match. How discouraging!

I can see why some can know in 8 minutes if that is the person you want to be with for the rest of your life. I knew as soon as I saw my mate, without even batting an eye. Almost three years later we are still going.
